History
JEP was established in 1991, became a nominated adviser in 1995, the year in which AIM was established, and has managed over 80 new listings in the last ten years.
Historically a nominated adviser only, JEP began acting as broker to AIM quoted companies in 2003 and since then has raised approximately £75 million for AIM companies through primary and secondary placings.
JEP was acquired by Merchant Securities plc in October 2007. The combined group adds an additional range of services to the corporate finance and corporate broking services provided by JEP. These additional services include investment management (comprehensive discretionary, advisory and execution-only investment management services to wealthy private individuals, their businesses, pension funds and trusts), institutional broking (offering an agency only dealing service, free from any proprietary conflicts) and the provision of equity financing to private companies.
With our combined experience within the group, we believe we are best placed to provide small cap and mid cap clients, with big cap standards of quality, advice and delivery.
